Prints text in the selected foreground and background colors.
Parameters:
Rx | number: The foreground color, between 0 and 15. This can be a register or numeric constant. Adding 128 to value will enable blinking on some systems, others ignore the blink attribute.
Ry | number: The background color, between 0 and 7. This can be a register or numeric constant.
